You agree to pay a service fee of £248 + VAT for the first month, then an ongoing monthly service fee of £248 + VAT for 11 months. After 12 months the service fee will revert to our standard fee at that time until the agreement is terminated.
You’ll need to give us 30 days notice in writing to terminate the agreement. You can do this by emailing [email protected] You agree to maintain a minimum of £10 per day ad spend (paid directly to Meta in addition to the monthly service fee paid to us).
You agree to notify us in writing if you want to increase your ad spend during the course of your agreement because unmanaged increases can affect ad performance.
We’re only liable up to the amount you’ve paid and not for any indirect losses.
We’ll both keep each other’s business info and working practices confidential.
You agree to work with us in good faith to get the best results.
All advertising campaigns we create remain our intellectual property. When we stop working together, we may remove these campaigns from your Meta Ads account.
